#1. Install Win32OpenSSL_Light-1_0_1e (to default location for ease of use) if you don't have it installed on your machine yet.
#2. if OpenSSL is installed on default location (c:\OpenSSL-Win32) then you could run 'cert_gen.bat' file immediately.
    if OpenSSL is not installed on default location, open 'cert_gen.bat' with any text editor, and change all the path of OPENSSL to a new path where you installed the OpenSSL.
#3. follow instruction
#4. find your public and private key in the same folder as 'cert_gen.bat'
